Young and/or new farmers, as well as farm workers need to understand the principles of a farming enterprise. They will learn to take responsibility and make sense of their work. This course will surely strengthen the relationship between employers and employees, because ignorance often leads to suspicion and mistrust. The inter-relationship between the primary farming activities and six supporting functions (finance, staff, logistics, information, liaison and marketing) are clearly explained.

By learning the 15 basic principles of problem solving as set out in these two manuals, the person will not only be able to solve problems effectively, but also realize how to live their purpose on the farm according to God’s dream for their lives.

The course aims at a full understanding of the message of salvation, based on the wordless book. The student will get the opportunity to make an informed decision on personal salvation and Christian discipleship. The student will also acquire knowledge and skills to give a personal testimony and to explain the message of salvation to others.

This course helps couples to understand God’s plan for marriage and family life. After the course, couples will be able to address important problems in their marriage and family life. They will want to make a new commitment to live according to God’s plan for their marriage and family life. All the manuals are very well illustrated enabling literate and illiterate to get the most out of the course. Training takes place in contact sessions (80 hours) and outcome-based assignments (also 80 hours).

After completion of this course, the student will:

1. understand the basic concept of the empowerment of women;
2. know what God’s word teaches on the empowerment of women;
3. have an awareness of women’s rights and be prepared to stand in the gap for deprived and victimized women.
